We set sail from Piereus pretty early in the morning, and these were the photographs of the various "boat" trips during the 3-Island-hop. Pretty amazing landscape of the various islands as you can see!!

Our first "island-hop" landed us in Poros, a very nice island with the distinctive Historic Clock - which is visible from every part of the the island. This island was more for strolling and relaxing - very tranquil!

Hydra was our second island-hop destination. Quite difference from Poros. Hydra is more of a picturesque island where you get a mix of tranquility and relaxation and at the same time entertainment and great night-life (although I wasn't there long enough to experience the latter!). Also there are no cars allowed on the island - so it was very easy to get around safely (well okay without the risk of being run-over at least!)!

Our third island-hop was to the historic island of Aegina - where I took a tour of the ancient sites, visiting the Temple of Athena Aphaia and the Aghios Nektarios Monastery - both wonderful and picturesque sites! The island was also infamous for the Pistachio Trees - a first for me, as I've never seen one of these trees before - usually, I just enjoy eating the glorious nuts, but this was an interesting find!!
