On the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City, I started to enjoy the hustle and bustle again – the vibrant city is alive 24/7 🙂
The thing that got my attention is that there are street food vendors on (almost) every corner, selling fruit, veg or cooking some food, as a mini-kitchen! I didn’t try any out on this trip, but they looked intriguing indeed!
- One of the many food stalls
- Street food was the way to go here 🙂
- Some even offered seating (street-side of course!)
- The local Burger joint 🙂
- This one seemed popular 🙂 ha!
- You could even buy your delightful fruit at some 🙂
- Some were more directly to drivers who stopped and shopped!
- Mobile Food Stalls
- Some literally were mobile! Ha!
I settled for the safer bet of Pho Bo (again!) – number 3 I believe – hehe! It was that delicious…
- Pho Bo Dinner – Yum!

After arriving back, I walked back to my Hostel, and chilled before I had to head off to the airport for my return flight – hey-ho, good things have to come to an end at some point.
At least, there is another destination crossed off my ‘to do/visit’ list 🙂
