At 17:59 on Thursday, 22nd September 2011, Guinness will kick-off the third annual Arthur Guinness Day – in memory of the truly remarkable man who created the pure taste of Guinness.

I just need to think about how best to celebrate this amazing treat – luckily for me, a good friend of mine is in town, and I am on holiday on Friday, 23rd September…hmmm…is that luckily or just a pure coincidence? 🙂
