Well it was Friday and a colleague of mine and I decided to go out for lunch – I was keen to get a nice place of Pasta, so we booked to go to ‘Procacci By The Bay’. Actually we tried to go yesterday but the place for fully-booked for lunch, so we booked for today.
Was actually quite a nice place. It’s at Customs House, a stonethrow from the Marina Bay office and it’s pretty nice top notch cuisine.
One choice got my attention and that was the Veal Shank Osso Bucco – I wanted to see if it was the real macoy or not, and the meat just fell off the bone – absolutely delicious and full of flavour. It was done the proper way, with herbs (bay leaf and sage), and served on a bed of mash potato.

Yummy! Soaked down with a nice glass of Spumante!
I passed on the starter and dessert, but my colleague had a Tricolore (Tomato, Mozzarella and Salad) starter and Tirami Su (large portion) dessert and I had a nice Espresso coffee.
