What does one do after a nice relaxing lunch – well of course, one has to walk it off. I decided to continue my stroll around the place – passing a “Bike rick-shaw rank” 🙂 There were also plenty of little food stores, where they seemed to do the dish-washing on the side of the street – brilliant 🙂

Did you know what is expected to happen between 9th-14th November in Melaka City? Well, the 3rd WBPF World Men’s Bodybuilding Championships – that’s what 🙂 Where “Mr Universe 2011” would also be announced. So I had a go at showing off my … ergh … muscles … before the crowd arrives – ha! 🙂
