Well after a long day in the office (aka touring the Mekong Delta), what better way to celebrate than eating well 🙂
So in true Vietnamese Style, the classic Poh Bo dish was the offering of the moment. I visited a place about 5 minutes from my hostel, which was recommended to me by the hostel owner – and being a true local, I valued her recommendation 🙂
So I went to the place called “Pho Bich” – it wasn’t bad at all. Really tender beef, soup broth seemed tasty and not too salty, and most importantly the meal was filling and tasty.

And what did I have with the drink, well a nice Coconut drink – that’s what 🙂 The best thing about this place, is that they attended to my every need, although their English was limited, they understood what I wanted, the helped me ‘mix in’ the beanspouts and herbs, and the whole meal was very enjoyable.
