Well after the Cendol and more walking, I decided to grab a bite to eat, and passed one of the Famosa Chicken Rice Ball stalls – as there was hardly anyone waiting, I jumped at the chance to sample it.
So I got a table and quickly ordered the Roasted Chicken with Rice Ball – accompanied by Iced Lemon Tea. The meal arrived very quickly, and I tucked in. It is a bit hit and miss with the chicken and bones, but the meat was quite tasty. The Rice Balls were “different” to say the least, but they accompanied the chicken pretty well.

This place seemed to be quite nice, and slowly a queue began to form outside again 🙂 No matter how many places there are, they all seem to have a queue – hahaha!
The total was 5.00RM for the Chicken Rice Balls and 2.50RM for the Iced Tea. Not too bad at all. That will do nicely!
Famosa has four places in Melaka now, I went to the one off Jonker Street, which seemed to be the most central location.
