For lunch today, a colleague invited me to join her on an expedition to visit a food stall that was located under the old Amex office in the Hitatchi Building. Although it is only about 10 minute walk from the Marina Bay Financial Centre office, it is quite a trek in what is coming to be the midday sunshine.
The key theme is to ensure we go before the mad rush, as I was subsequently told the queues are long for this eating establishment. So we left at 11.30, to ensure we get the orders in efficiently. And when I say orders, that was 17 orders from the team – ha!
I once again forgot to take a photo, as I was soooo hungry and stuck right into the grub – and there is one word that I would use the describe it – scrumptious!
Anyway, it’s back to work I go… probably will feel a bit lethargic for an hour though 🙂
