Well I usually undertake an extreme hair-cut when it approaches warm weather, or when I get very stressed (I nickname the haircut the ‘stress cut’), or simply because I am too lazy to style it and want a low-maintenance cut (well for S$10 (GBP£5) it’s a very cheap cut!). Whichever excuse I give, it’s pretty drastic.
I’ve done a number 3 all over (which is usually the minimum I go) a several times before, but this time, I decided to go for a number 4 … and returned back to QB House (you may remember this in my other post where I first experienced the Japanese approach to hair-cutting).
I went along to 313 Somerset and down to two floors and paid my money in exchange for a coupon/card, which I presented to the hairdresser/stylist – and then I ask the hair style (cut) that I wanted… The first question that they always ask is ‘are you sure’ – of course, that’s exactly the cut I wanted…and about 10 minutes later, a very nice cut and definitely worth every cent. Perfecto!
- QB House – not this particular branch, but at 313 Somerset
- The end result – am very pleased – hahaha!
Et voila – a nice haircut with all the trimmings 🙂 LOL!!
